We have a NO MINIMUM Order Policy!
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Cashiers Checks, Moneyorders and Western Union. For all of you that want to pay directly by PayPal, our PayPal account is firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not want to enter your Credit Card information online - it's ok - just place your order online and pick the payment option "Credit Card by Phone" and we will call you one your order is ready to ship.
No Sales Tax if ordering outside the state of Oklahoma. We also do not charge Sales Tax to Oklahoma Residents who have a valid Non Taxable Transaction Certificate, on file with us.
SHIPPING and HANDLING
For orders within the US, we normally Ship by Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation - ( 3 to 5 Day Delivery ). Most orders average about $ 5.85. Orders under $10.00 will be charged $2.96 for Standard Postal Shipping. You can upgrade this shipping to Priority Mail for an additional cost - contact us. Our aim is to try and save you every penny on shipping. We can also ship by UPS, Fed-Ex, upon request. Remember, orders over $200.00 excluding shipping, gets FREE SHIPPING!! - USA ONLY!
Want it NEXT DAY, just call us at 918-995-7444, before 2pm Central Time, or email us, and we will be happy to make your order a priority. No matter what shipping costs appear on your order, if we can save you ANYTHING - we WILL!
We ship to almost all international destinations that the US Postal Service delivers. When you place an order - the shipping costs shown on your invoice is for shipping in the USA Only. So, once your order is filled, we will email you with your shipping options with costs.
Sorry, we do not ship to East or West Africa.
We normally fill and ship orders by the next day or the following day, to the latest, providing we have everything in stock. We may hold your order or partial ship your order, since we are only 2 to 3 days away from most of our suppliers and manufacturers. Backorders will shipped by First Class Mail, at No Additional Shipping Costs to You. Your email address will automatically be added to our monthly specials list, which you can opt out at any time.
NON ON-LINE ORDERS
We prefer all orders go through the website to avoid any misunderstandings, however, we do take Phone Orders from 9 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday (Central Time). We also accept orders by email to email@example.com, mail-in orders and faxed orders:1-918-995-7444. Free Shipping does not apply in the above cases.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds...
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, do not kick yourself! After receiving your package, you have 3 days to inspect the items and call us to obtain an RA# (Retun Authorization Number), by calling 918-995-7444, to mail it back for a full refund, minus the shipping and damaged items fees. The RA# is good for 30 days before it expires.
If you do not like what you received, you can send it back for an exchange or replace it with another item however, you will becharged a small shipping fee.
We will replace any item that is returned for defects, within 30days, for the same item unless the original item is out of stock or discontinued. We will not honor any returns that show abuse. We stand behind our products and if you receive merchandise that is defective or broken in transit, call or email us within 3 days of receiving your package and we will issue you a RA# (Return Authorization Number), which you must write on your return package. So please - inspect the goods received. You will have 30 days to return the items before the Return Authorization expires. We will only exchange, replace or refund to the customer who we sold the product to. We do not accept international returns, due to costs.
If your returns are from an order that qualified for Free Shipping and the product total falls below the required amount after your returns, then the Shipping Fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns mailed late or without a Return Authorization # will be subject to a 20% replacement / restocking fee and shipping charges, where applicable.
Items returned to us that are damaged due to improper packing, or items that have been tampered with, modified or noticeably worn, will not be considered for exchange/replacment or refund.

Specials & Discounts
We hope you will take advantage of our discounts and specials on our websites (including Dagicci.com). Occasionally, we may send out an email with more "Special Deals and Discounts" on both our websites. Theses discounts are 1 per household per website, and multiple orders to get multiple discounts will not be honored. We will, however, combine your orders and ship them with the discount noted. The Discounts do not apply to any special orders including our accessible charms. Sorry, there is no "Free Shipping" for International orders. Remember, if you are paying by credit card, we do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship, so call or email us if you want to add other items. Enjoy our "Specials" as they are good deals!
We apologize, however, at this time we do not have a paper catalog. We are still in the process of getting all our products on the website, and that is our number one priority. We still have tons of products still waiting to go up.

These are items that we do not normally carry in stock but we can special order it for you. We will ask for your Credit Card information and charge $ 1.00 - which will be applied to your order upon shipment. If you cancel the special order, after it has been received and packed, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, since we have to pay the same to our manufacturers/distributors.

Lead Paint Rule: 16 C.F.R. 1301.1 (CFR is the Code of Federal Regulation)
We require that all our manufacturers/suppliers comply with the above and all applicable rules, bans and standards under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and all other federal, state and local laws, statutes and regulations, for the pewter charms and jewelry components that we carry.
We have been assured that the lead levels of less than 100ppm (parts per million or 0.01% by weight) and cadmium limit levels of .004% have been met in the charms we carry.
This complies/satisfies all applicable rules and standards under the Consumer Improvement Act (CPSIA)
